In case of any guests’ delay, Escaperooms.gr has the right to reduce the game time depending on the delay time, so that there will be no problems in the smooth running of the next guests’ program. In case any guests that have a scheduled appointment decide they don’t want to play at the scheduled time, Escaperooms.gr has the right to be reimbursed with the minimum predetermined price for the particular game room by which the room had been reserved.
